VIRTUAL CARE REHAB NATUROPATHIC TEAM
What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is distinct system of medicine based on the restoration of health. Naturopathic doctors seek to empower health participants to restore and maintain optimum health by removing the root causes of illness and emphasizing nature’s inherent self-healing process. This is done through education and the rational use of natural therapeutics, which may include nutritional guidance, lifestyle interventions, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, and nutraceuticals.
What should you expect?
Your initial consultation will be between 60 to 90 minutes and includes an assessment of your current concerns and a comprehensive health history and timeline to start identifying the unique underlying imbalances affecting you. By the end of the initial consultation, we will have put together an action plan that may include functional testing options, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and a supplement prescription. Your second consultation is a Review of Findings where we go over your test results together, along with a personalized treatment program to correct those imbalances. Follow-up appointments depend on the number of imbalances identified, the length of care required and degree of support you, the health participant, is looking for.
